Must have 1+ Years of Experience as a L1 Application Support Position.- Should Have Basic Knowledge About The Flow Of Application Support.
Must have experience of Handling stakeholders calls.
- Must have knowledge of Managing Client, Mail Drafting, Understanding Query and resolving for the same
Knowledge Of Sql will be plus point- Good Communication is Mandatory & Understanding Skills.
