Administration and support of custom applications and their server hosting environments on Windows 2019/2016 and RedHat Linux9.x operating system on server-based infrastructure residing in corporate data centers
Work with and support VMware and Windows Hyper-V based virtualization environments.
Administer and support of Windows Active Directory domains
Maintain security and process awareness and work to increase compliancy
Perform system upgrades such as firmware, OS, security patch installation
Participate in team on call rotation
Your Experience :
Up to two years experience supporting Linux and Windows server operating systems
Up to two years experience supporting server based applications environments
Solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP, DNS, DHCP.
At least one or two years experience with supporting software application environments preferred
Experience with scripting (ex PowerShell, VB, ansibles, etc.), or programming is a plus
Experience with Microsoft SQL relational databases is a plus
Experience with Cloud computing technologies AWS, AZURE, or OCI is a plus
MCSE or other technical certifications are a plus
Ability to effectively communicate with team peers
Awareness to ITIL framework is a plus
Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Remedy is a plus
