Essential Job Functions
- iManage is the document management system used by the Legal team.
- Resource will be the primary technical support for the iManage application.
- Preferable experience in iManage. Role Scope / Deliverables: Resource to support Legal Applications with experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool.
- Responsible for the support of iManage, Malbek CLM and other SaaS applications.
- Processes include User/Group Management, Software Installation,
- User Permissions, training users, creating knowledge articles. Work with business partners to resolve system/application issues.
- Executing and managing regular maintenance tasks. Managing and resolving level 2 and 3 service issues and requests.
- Provide weekly status updates on support tasks. Escalate issues to next levels for engagement and resolution.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Maintaining Windows/AWS servers.
Qualifications:
Key Skills
- Experience with iManage applications.
- Experience in SaaS / Cloud apps.
- Database development technologies and platforms including: Relational database knowledge like Oracle and SQL Server.
- Experience with using ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Technical understanding of IT and business.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
