Position Title: Application Support Analyst
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Type of Position: Full Time
WorkTimings: 24/7 project rotation in all 3 shifts.
The Monitoring/Operations team analyst will be responsible for monitoring and handling different applications related alerts, service now tickets, Chat pings etc and escalate to next level teams as and when needed.
Qualifications:
Experience between 2 to 4 years
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Good knowledge in Linux, ServiceNow, Alerts monitoring tools, Database
Positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to work with team
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
Able to work in SODC environment from office.
Education & Certifications: - B.Tech / M.C.A (or) any other 16 years graduation.
