About the role:
In this opportunity as Application Support Analyst, you will:
- This role is part of a high performing team of talented Application Support specialists who provide world-class support for Commercial Engineering.
- You will be responsible for day-to-day operations for the applications you support, working as part of a larger global team, continuously improving our global enterprise.
- You will be part of a team that manages release and deployment of new code in production and other environments, change planning and implementation, and compliance for a portfolio of applications and infrastructure built on a variety of technologies such as .NET MVC, MS SQL, Java & Javascript, AWS cloud services, and more.
About you:
You are fit for the role of an Application Support Analyst role if you have the following basic qualifications:
- Candidates should have 3 to 6 years as an Application Release and Deployment Analyst.
- Drive continual service improvement and innovation in productivity, software quality, and reliability, including meeting/exceeding SLAs.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application life cycle management, operational health management.
- Experience in supporting applications built on modern application architecture and cloud infrastructure, .NET MVC, MS SQL, Java & Javascript, AWS cloud services, and more.
