Primary Role:
The Incumbent is responsible for managing the Application support of Pathology products in the territory designated with a view to increase customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will take care of coordination with principal regarding Customer complaints, procurement of samples and other support activities for all over India.
Job Requirements:
- Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting issues and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert technical support to customers.
- Prompt trouble shooting at customer places
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and Service teams to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Complete evaluation of kits
- Coordination with principals on different matters related to complaint handling, samples, training, etc.
- Stay current with industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, scientists, and industry partners.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
Job Specification:
- Candidates should have a technical/Lab equipment's background.
- Should have handled Pathology Products like Grossing Stations, Embedding Systems and Immunohistochemistry and histopathology.
- Candidate should have knowledge in Pathology reagent, IHC reagents
- Should have good customer service attitude and willing to travel
- Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed in performing the task
- Problem solving attitude, and willing to take multiple task
- Good Communication and able to express and set right expectation with customers
Qualification:
B.Sc./B.Tech Biotechnology
M.Sc. Biotechnology or relevant (Preferred)
Experience: 3-7 Years
