- Highly experienced Application Engineer/Specialist with Chemometric Skills.
- Application development and management, Customer interaction, technical discussion and explanation.
- Customer visit for application development during installation.
- Attend the exhibition, seminar, organize seminar, related marketing activity and digital promotion of the product.
- Database maintenance through CRM software.
- Creating application report and upload in internal Wikipedia.
- Customer handling over phone and mail.
- Inquiry handling of various countries and different states
of India as per the given territory.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of NIR spectroscopy and chemo-metrics is preferable.
- Analytical Chemistry data handling.
- Masters/B Tech/M Tech in Food / Dairy / Agriculture / Beverages / Bio-technology.
- Good communication skills in English, German will be an advantage.
- Ideally, you have background knowledge of multivariate data analysis and respective software tools.
- Working knowledge and exposure in all various types of analytical instruments is preferable.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Knowledge of Linux and C++ would be an added advantage.
- Must enjoy spending time with market/field to understand the customer application and provide solutions.
