- As a Liquid Chromatography Application Scientist, you will use Perkin Elmer Liquid Chromatography (LC) and LC/MS solutions to do cutting edge science. Your work will influence customers and drive revenue. You will attend conferences, talk to customers, and interact with the sales and marketing teams extensively in pursuit of problems that, if solved, will drive sales.

Responsibilities
- Data Generation: Generation of data usable in marketing collateral to drive sales and support the world sales, field application Scientists, and customs.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers and field personnel on LC and LCMS technologies, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
- Application Development: Develop and optimize analytical methods and applications using LC and LCMS technologies for various industries, including pharmaceuticals, industrial, environmental, food, and life sciences.
- Customer Training: Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance user proficiency and satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Collaborate with RD to provide feedback on product performance and enhancements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain application notes, technical documents, and reports to support customer applications and product development.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in LC and LCMS technologies and contribute to the development of new applications and methodologies.
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years experience working with LC and/or LC/MS technologies
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments with minimal supervision
- University degree in relevant field
Preferred Characteristics
- Ph.D. scientist in relevant field
