Job Title: Application Packaging

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain application packages for deployment using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or similar.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to understand application requirements and dependencies.
  • Perform compatibility testing and quality assurance on packaged applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve packaging issues and deployment failures.
  • Document packaging processes, including version control and change management.
  • Monitor application performance post-deployment and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application packaging and deployment.

Required Skills

  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Citrix).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices.
