As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Requirements And Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
- Strong understanding of Oracle database concepts and SQL
- Experience in developing and customizing Oracle applications using Oracle Forms and Reports
- Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) and Oracle Workflow
- Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
Soft Skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions at both team and organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) is required.
