Application Engineering- Mechanical

Position:Deputy Manager / Manager

Department:Application Engineering

Division:Research & Development

Qualification:DME/ B.E (Mech)

Experience:5to 10 years/ 8 years

Location: Pune, Mumbai & Goa

GenSet experience is a mandatory requirement

Job Responsibilities:

Tender Reading, Tender compliance sheet Review & Action Plan preparation
Finalising Scope of Requirement
Listing out Critical Parameters
Statutory & regulatory compliance
Seismic requirements frame work
Standards & Codes Applicability
ISPL /DFM / DFA Preparation
Customer approval of System
Seismic Shake table Study, resource allocation & testing completion
Report submission & approval from Vendor
Final Drawing release of system & Instrumentation
Manufacturing drawing release
O&M Manual & Warranty finalising with DG & Auxiliaries
Installation Manual preparation
Co-ordination with Internal CFT for execution of Production, QAP, I&C & Procurements
Final BOM preparation
