Job Title: Application Engineer
Department: Operations
Department Report to: Chief Operations
Required Years of relevant experience: At least 2 years in Quality control or supervision or people management
Officer Salary Package:depending on interview and Experience
Work Duration: 9:30 to 6:00 Monday to Saturday
Probation Period: 3 Months
Academic Requirements: Graduate/Diploma (Preferred in Mechanical Engineering)
Job Location: Company's Corporate Office at Shivranjani, Ahmedabad (Note: Majority work in Ahmedabad Refer Point no 5 for travelling requirements)
Job Description:
1. Supervision
- Monitor the installing and commissioning car parking elevators according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Supervise and maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any on-site incidents or issues.
- Assist in resource management such as scheduling of personnel, material delivery schedule or other technical difficulties.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify installation requirements and potential challenges
2. Inspection & Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular installation inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project requirements and company standards.
3. Management
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Coordinate with COO & workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. 4. Reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of Workers and Materials on the site.
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive report of the allocated resources (includes material, work duration, workmanship quality, on-site safety, Problems occurred and their solutions etc.) from start to end of the project.

5. Traveling Requirements
- The majority (More than 90%) of work will be based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. However, travel to western India's major cities to manage the site as and when required.
Eligibility:
- Skills Required: Good communication skills, MS Office proficiency, Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
- Experience: Between 2 to 5 Years in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
