Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in Punjab region, including troubleshooting, instrument installation, and maintenance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure proper utilization and understanding of our clinical chemistry solutions.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs, develop customized solutions, and drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement and development.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, communicating customer feedback and requirements to drive product enhancements and innovation.
Qualifications
- bachelors degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
- Experience working with automated clinical chemistry analyzers and associated software platforms.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the clinical chemistry or diagnostics industry.
