Application Delivery Lead - from automobile companies

The Application Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the software development delivery of high-quality software applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills to manage and guide a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, project management, and agile methodologies.

Years of experience : 15 yrs

Qualification : B.E/BTech/Engineering Qualification

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end-to-end application delivery process, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

3. Ensure adherence to agile development practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

4. Implement and maintain best practices in software development and delivery.

5. Provide technical guidance and support for all development projects.

6. Communicate effectively with executive management and other stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and projects.

8. Lead and manage a team (3rd party) of 10-20 software developers, helpdesk and QA engineers.

9. Promote strong collaboration between team members, peers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and enhance overall productivity.
