Role Overview:

As a Delivery Lead for the India Domestic Business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and services across multiple accounts. You will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional client satisfaction, meeting project goals, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving business growth and maintaining firm's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Lead the successful delivery of projects and services for all accounts within the India Domestic Business. Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and ensure the alignment of services.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Empowerment: Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and risk management protocols.
  • Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate resources across accounts to optimize skill utilization and workload distribution
  • Delivery Excellence: Monitor and manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective risk management.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across accounts, balancing workloads and skillsets for optimal results.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with Finance to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the accounts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Innovation: Encourage innovation within project delivery, introducing new technologies or methodologies to enhance results.
  • Client Advocacy: Be the voice of the client within firm, advocating for their needs, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes and ensure adherence to organizational KPIs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within IT services, with a track record of managing multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, service delivery frameworks, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
