Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing on J2EE platforms and RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and possess strong logical and analytical reasoning abilities. You will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions on the Appian BPM suite, including integrations, data models, and architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appian BPM Development: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the Appian BPM suite based on business requirements.
- Integration Design: Collaborate with various third-party platforms to design and implement integration requirements.
- Data Modeling: Create, maintain, and optimize data models for the project's needs.
- Architectural Standards: Define architectural and development standards that adhere to both Appian and client best practices.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Debug issues in Appian interfaces and process models to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Technical Leadership: Guide project teams in the development of Appian-based solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Appian BPM development.
- Experience with J2EE platforms.
- Strong expertise with RDBMS platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Strong logical and analytical reasoning ability.
- Experience in designing integrations with third-party platforms.
- Proven ability to design data models that support complex business processes.
- In-depth understanding of Appian architectural and development best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Appian interfaces and process models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Appian Level 2 certifications.
