JD-Platform Architect: Appian, Java-Spring, API- Microservices, Cloud Services
Appian Certified Level 2 or Level 3.
Responsibilities
- Be partner to customers platform develop organization and build use case
- specific solutions that is build on Appian, Aspose and integrated with Kmine ,
- Xceptor like platform.
- Partner with customers to look at end to end process orchestration,
- automation touchpoint & enablement, Digital Adoption with the objective of
- realizing more value for business
- Lead customer workshops and solution discussions
Experience
- 15-20+ years of experience in working in process automation space with exposure to intelligent process platforms | Cognitive processing | AI | ML | NLP and data visualization models
- Knowledge of defining roadmaps and strategy for industry domains like Banking & Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Utilities
- Understands the full spectrum of business process transformation program
- execution from strategy definition to execution
Industry sectors
Experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: BFSI, Tech/Mfg,
Retail, Health, Logistics and Energy and Utilities.
Role Demands
- Strong capability in IT Systems and Platform development on platform
- Appian, Kmine , Xceptor , API-Microservices and cloud services.
- Solution definition and fitment understanding for excel and MS-Access-based data processing using AI-ML technologies and SDKs
- Role will support the functional development of IT applications in his/her area of responsibility including Plans, designs, develops, and implements efficient IT systems in support of assigned organizational functions.
- Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary and distributed teams .
- Personal drive and Self-guided attitude
- Functional understanding of full spectrum of Intelligent process automation program execution from strategy definition to solutions.
- Architectural and product fitment understanding of the process platforms and solutions
- Proven experience of product selections and gap analysis on customer use cases
- Experience in delivering solution presentation to internal and external
- customers based on the business challenges, using the given solution umbrella.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage challenging relationships
- Will be responsible to engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally and make effective use of escalation channels to solve issues
- Will be responsible to respond to handle unusual situations and evolve suitable approaches and guide/ mentor others
