Position Title: App Manager

Location: 701, Altimus, Shreyas Colony

Job Summary: We are launching an innovative app designed for our distribution network and end users. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive App Manager who will be responsible for managing the app, solving user queries, and assisting users with onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native development and Quality Assurance (QA).

Key Responsibilities:

App Management:

  • Oversee the overall functionality and performance of the app.
  • Monitor and manage app updates, releases, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
  • Ensure the app meets the company's standards and user requirements.

User Support and Onboarding:

  • Provide exceptional support to users, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist new users with the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the app effectively.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for users as needed.

React Native Development:

  • Utilize React Native to develop, maintain, and enhance app features.
  • Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and fix bugs.
  • Implement best practices for mobile development and ensure code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest React Native advancements and integrate them into the app.

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Conduct thorough testing of the app to identify and fix any issues.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Ensure the app meets quality standards and provides a seamless user experience.
  • Document and track defects, providing detailed reports to the development team.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and customer support.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on app performance and user feedback.
  • Suggest and implement improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development, particularly with React Native.
  • Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in user support and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing mobile apps for distribution networks and end users.
  • Knowledge of backend services and API integration.
  • Familiarity with app analytics and user feedback tools.
  • Proficiency in other programming languages and development frameworks.
  • Certification in mobile app development or quality assurance.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet user support and app release deadlines.
