About This Opportunity
We are now looking for a L1.5 Digital monitoring & Analysis Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, Analysis, coordination, support to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do
Support the following systems and functions:
Monitoring with the help of Appdynamics Tool.
Action on alerts in monitoring tools and the traffic from Downstream Systems and towards Upstream Systems.
Proactive monitoring of Load, Response time and error.
Checking the basic metrics like node health, CPU, memory, agent status.
Proactive monitoring of All KPIs
Basic idea of business transaction and troubleshooting of BTs using flow maps, snapshots, metric browser, diagnostics sessions, events.
Understanding of END to END KPI monitoring in terms of business transaction.
Coordination with L2(Application team) teams to resolve any operational issues.
Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and change management.
Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets.
Proactive competence development of self in new solution areas & certifications
Coordinating with Project Teams, Vendors, and Business teams during the incidents.
You will bring
Clear understanding of concepts of Load or call/min , Response time and error for webpage or application.
Clear understanding of HTTP error code.
understanding of basic metrics like node health, CPU, memory, agent status.
Basic idea of business transaction and KPIs.
