As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving product
development, coordinating with various teams, and helping to bring new
features to market. You will work closely with the Product Manager and other
stakeholders to ensure the product continues to evolve in alignment with
customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining the product roadmap, working closely with the Product
Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design,
marketing, and customer support to execute product plans.
- Help in prioritizing features, manage backlogs, and track product
development progress.
- Gather feedback from users, analyze data, and identify trends to inform
product improvements.
- Support in conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends
and competitors.
- Work with the product team to write and maintain Product Requirement
Documents (PRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Assistant Product Manager 2
- Assist in user testing and gather feedback to refine the product
experience.
- Manage internal communication and updates on product development
status and timelines.
- Assist in planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new
product features.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or a related role
(preferably within SaaS, fintech, or accounting software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed
decisions.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira,
Trello, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
across teams.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in accounting or fintech products is a plus.
- Passionate about building user-centric products that solve real problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
