Position Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join NCR Voyix in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region as an experienced Total Rewards Manager. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs across APJ. This involves collaboration with Total Rewards leadership, HR and finance teams. As such you are bringing substantial technical depth in broad-based compensation & benefits and an understanding of market trends and the regulatory environment to ensure successful top-down and bottom-up management of Total Rewards strategy for the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Salary Structure Development
- Serve as the C&B subject matter expert for APJ in support of business objectives and talent strategy
- Management of focal cycle for APJ
- Design, implement and administer the employee benefits program including health, life, disability, and retirement plans for the regional in accordance with policy provision.
- Monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits program and ensure benefits program fits and is aligned to both external market competitiveness and company strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers and ensure procedures are followed to minimize costs.
- Provide guidance regarding benefits enrolment & utilization; execute benefits communication and resolve benefits escalations.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with the overall Business and Talent strategy.
- Manage C&B policies, processes and practices across APAC, driving innovation and simplification with a view to continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience (7+ years) in an APJ Total Rewards roles, preferably in a high-tech environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey compensation and benefits plan design.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize plan design and administration for better outcomes.
- Knowledge: Deep and wide SME in compensation and benefits.
