Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced APAC IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong communication and negotiation skills. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, understanding visa terms, explaining cost of living and tax terms, and demonstrating technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract top IT talent across the APAC region.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiation: Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms with candidates.
Visa Terms: Understand and explain various visa terms and requirements to candidates.
Cost of Living & Tax Terms: Provide candidates with information regarding the cost of living and tax implications in different regions.
Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the APAC region.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best outcomes for both candidates and the organization.
Visa Knowledge: Good understanding of visa terms and requirements relevant to the APAC region.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and explain cost of living and tax terms to candidates.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidates.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
