AP - Inv. Proc. - Analyst

Your Job

Looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst who can perform keying & uploading of PO, Non-PO and Freight invoices into system. Focusing on invoice processing, your role will involves reviewing, validating & recording invoices in an efficient & timely manner. Also, perform activities such as cancel, reprocess, return Invoice to vendor, and resolve PO-GR-IR discrepancies.

What You Will Do

1.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Validate and keying/uploading of PO, Non-PO and Freight invoices to the system

2.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Perform the necessary comparison between the PO & Vendor master record to ensure the invoice is accurate to be processed

3.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Understand & Process the invoice as per the defined process laid out

4.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Liaise with internal teams for gathering any missing information to process the Invoices

5.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Cancel & reprocess invoices to resolve errors and discrepancies

6.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Perform the process of returning an invoice back to vendor for incorrect / incomplete invoices

7.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Resolve & answer simple queries / tickets raised for Invoice resolution

8.xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
