We require 2D animator for our organization. The roles and responsibilities are mentioned below
Conceptualizing ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds and other animation elements
Creating character sketches for new animations based on design briefs
Developing storyboards for animation projects
Designing backgrounds, sets and other elements of the animated environment
Developing timing and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements
Working with the story editors to merge the various layers of animation
Recording dialogue for the animation, where necessary
Collaborating with other creatives including designers, photographers and other animators to finalize projects
Animators oversee the creation of two-dimensional (2D), three-dimensional (3D) or computer-generated images within the entertainment, gaming and advertising industries. They typically draw the images by hand or use computer software for their creations. Throughout the process, they collaborate with other animators, get advice from senior animators and use feedback from clients to further evolve their projects. An Animator's day-to-day responsibilities often involve working on a team to complete assigned graphic elements with the goal of meeting project deadlines.
Ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team.
Strong communications and organization skills.
Ability to effectively present concepts & ideas.
Ability to create thematic narrative & storyboards.
Proficiency in 2D modeling tools such as Maya, Modo, Blender.
Proficiency in Adobe Create Cloud tools including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
Experience with Virtual and Augmented Reality is an added advantage.
Social media and online banner advertising
Motion design and video editing
Overall visual design, typography, layout, image retouching and digital storytelling
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Mac OS, other tricks and tools
Experience with HTML5 ad authoring tool (e.g. Google Web Designer) is a bonus
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Experience with fast paced work, rush requests and quick updates
Knowledge in social media marketing (Facebook and Instagram) is considerable.
