Job Brief:

AI Unika Technologies is seeking a talented Graphics cum Animator cum UI/UX Designer (Intern) to transform our software into user-friendly products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our product engineers, gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building intuitive navigation components. The ideal candidate should possess experience in design software and wireframe tools, along with a portfolio showcasing professional design projects involving web/mobile applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product engineers.

2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.

4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields.

5. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

6. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).

7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).

9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

11. Translate User stories into personas and wireframes.

12. Collaborate with the team to understand the needs and translate them into designs.

13. Creating Visual Designs.

Skills Requirements:

1. Some basic work experience as a graphics, animator or UI/UX Designer or similar role (preferred).

2. Working knowledge of UX design principles.

3. Well-versed knowledge of solving cross-browser compatibility issues for both Web and Mobile platforms.

4. Experience in designing Website Templates, Mobile App Templates, and Web Dashboards for at least one product.

5. Knowledge of UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision, canva,

6. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Adobe XD is a plus.

7. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

8. Good time-management skills.

9. Any education in design-related fields is preferred.
