Animator (Contract)

With support from governments and partners in India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, Noora Health has trained more than 3.5 million caregivers across 460+ facilities using their flagship caregiver education and training curriculum, the Care Companion Program (CCP).

In a cohort of patients, the CCP reduced post-surgical cardiac complications by 71%, maternal complications by 12%, newborn complications by 16%, and newborn readmissions by 56%.

Job Type: Contract for 6 months with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented, creative and experienced Animator to join the Shared Creative Designteam of Noora Health. . In this role as part of this team, you will work across teams from India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Nepalto create visually appealing and engaging animations for projects in the public health space that range from deliverables for social media, medical messages for digital platforms, brand communications, stakeholder share backs etc. among others.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with Creative Design, Film, Product, Training, and Service Design to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create original, high-quality animation that aligns with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Develop storyboards and animatics concepts to communicate ideas effectively using various techniques, styles, and tools.
• Developing animation for explaining services, processes and guidelines for a diverse set of users.
• Produce animation that captures the desired mood and tone while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Ensuring accuracy, consistent quality and timely delivery of all projects
• Collaborate with other team members, across countries and Incorporate feedback from the team to refine outputsin the project brief.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and software to enhance your skills and use resources efficiently.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

This role is a contract position that requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life through artwork.

In addition to this, we are also looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an animator or in a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles & techniques, with proficiency in using the latest animation relevant software.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, color theory and composition.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and visual) to effectively present and articulate ideas.
• Prepared to travel to the field to conduct research and observe as needed.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to take creative direction or feedback while working independently and collaboratively across different teams.
• Efficient organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and meet tight deadlines.
