Job Role -Angular Lead
Location - Mohali Punjab Or Remote
Working Days - 5 Days
Salary - Up To 14 LPA

The Role:
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Angular developers throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using the latest version of Angular (16 or 17).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Angular developers.
- Lead the entire software development lifecycle for assigned projects, including planning, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Do best practices in software development, ensuring code quality, adherence to coding standards, and meeting project deadlines.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web development, particularly within the Angular ecosystem, and evaluate their potential to enhance our projects.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 4+ years of experience as a team lead in software development.
- Extensive experience in Angular development (version 16 or 17) with a strong understanding of core concepts, patterns, and best practices.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex web applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
