You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain the Android HAL for our products
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to define and document HAL requirements and specifications
- Design and implement HAL interfaces to enable seamless communication between hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot and debug HAL-related issues, and provide effective solutions
- Optimize HAL performance to meet system requirements and improve overall product performance
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the HAL to ensure reliability and functionality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Android HAL development and incorporate industry best practices into our solutions37550
The Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in Android HAL development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- Solid understanding of Android framework and hardware architecture
- Shall be aware of Android HAL AOSP architecture and be able to develop a new one.
- Aware of the Android Concepts Se policy, config and board config files
- Familiarity with Android HAL architecture and APIs
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Knowledge of Android NDK and JNI is a plus
