Job Title: Android Developer
Experience Range: 4-6 years
Responsibilities:
- Design and build applications for the Android platform.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Required Skills:
- Proficient with Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Knowledge of other mobile app technologies and UI/UX standards.
- Understanding of design principles and the Google Play Store's guidelines.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge in Agile/Scrum life cycles.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Fire TV and Android TV development.
- Experience in other app developments like iOS, ROKU, Apple TV.
