Job Brief:
The Creative Director at ffreedom App treads between course pre-production, production, and post-production and majorly serves as the heart of the organization. The Creative Director acts as the Programme Producer, an Anchor and also as the Content Development & Strategy Head of various projects on building courses in our mainframe segments, that is, Farming, Business & Personal Finance. Mostly, the Creative Director is the primary liaison between the Production and the Post-production teams to ensure the alignment between the content development process and the delivery.
The Creative Director will ideally be responsible for conceptualizing the raw thoughts or research inputs from the content development & strategy teams and further guiding them to deliver the expected outcome.
This is a blended role where one is expected to apply their experience and expertise in various phases of content development, strategy, quality assurance & content delivery, along with providing direction & guidance in script writing, video shooting and editing.
Responsibilities:
High-level understanding of the process content development & post-production.
Ability to lead and strengthen the creative process for content strategy, content development, Production and Post-production
Demonstrate creative ability as an Anchor, Scriptwriter, Translator, Content creator and Programme Producer.
A solid grip on written and verbal communication in English.
Someone who oversees all creative aspects of all course-related projects and ensures everything is carried out and delivered on time.
Inspire teamwork maintain a collaborative environment.
Should have a good network for scouting Mentors of respective language and subject.
Should take the accountability and ownership of driving the course to an exemplary level.
Requirements:
Creativity! Think out of the Box and Approach each project with a fresh take, ensuring that it benefits our users in their respective languages.
Should know to read and write and have a good knowledge about the respective language and dialects.
Strategic use of imagination and business savvy.
Collaborative leadership skills to conduct brainstorming sessions with respective stakeholders to create the content framework and lead the efforts in the content-building process.
A highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
Strong writing skills with an ability to teach others to become better copy editors/script writers.
Diligent in project management: Checks in frequently to understand the status of all projects, redirects resources as necessary to fulfil changing priorities/timelines, whenever necessary.
Excellent content & production management skills, ensuring project delivery on time by working with the relevant stakeholders.
Mentorship skills - educate, inspire, and guide anchors, cameramen and programme producers to ensure a stronger team and working strategy.
Meticulous checking tendency, work with team members and track their performance to ensure the quality of the project at a regular frequency.
Accountability - hold self and concerned member/s accountable to ensure task completion on time with no compromise on the quality of the project that is delivered.
Analytical skills & ability to look at data and make an informed decision.
