Who we're looking for-

Job Title: Anchor - Gujarati

Key Responsibilities:

• Present news and current affairs content in an engaging and professional manner.
• Build and maintain IP's for the channel in different genres
• Research and stay updated on the latest news, trends, and events in Maharashtra and India.
• Develop and deliver compelling stories that resonate with our Gujarati-speaking audience.
• Work closely with the production team to create high-quality video content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the channel's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
• Engage with viewers and respond to their comments and feedback.
• Utilize knowledge of YouTube to optimize video content for better reach and engagement.
• Conduct interviews with key figures, experts, and public personalities.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in journalism, anchoring, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Gujarati culture, lifestyle, and current affairs.
• Excellent command of the Gujarati language, both spoken and written.
• Great camera presence and on-screen charisma.
• Knowledge of YouTube platform operations, including SEO and analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good looking male/female candidate with a professional appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with digital media platforms in Gujarati language.
