Position Overview:We are seeking an engaging and professional Video Presenter/Anchor to represent Green Hive Properties Pvt. Ltd. in various multimedia content, including promotional videos, property showcases, company updates, and industry insights. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident on-camera presence, and a passion for real estate and sustainability.
On-Camera Presentations: Host and present video content including property tours, company news, and promotional materials with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging scripts and narratives that align with the company's brand and messaging.
Content Production:
Participate in the planning, filming, and editing of video projects. Ensure high-quality production standards and visual appeal.Audience Engagement:
Build and maintain a strong online presence by engaging with viewers through social media, video comments, and other digital platforms.Industry Insights: Stay updated on real estate trends and sustainability practices to provide informed and relevant content to our audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all video content.
Event Hosting:
Represent Green Hive Properties Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, webinars, and other public appearances as needed.
Experience:
Proven experience as a video presenter, anchor, or similar role, preferably within the real estate or related industries.Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video production equipment, editing software, and social media platforms.
- Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable in front of the camera. Demonstrated passion for real estate and sustainability.
Education:
