Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Anchor to run our Finance YouTube Channel. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience, an excellent camera presence, and a comprehensive understanding of finance, business news, and economic trends. This role requires a strong command of the English language and the ability to engage a broad audience with insightful and compelling financial content.

Job Title: Anchor - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Present finance and business news content in an engaging and professional manner.
• Build and maintain IPs for the channel in different financial genres.
• Research and stay updated on the latest financial news, market trends, and economic events in India and globally.
• Develop and deliver compelling stories that resonate with our audience.
• Work closely with the production team to create high-quality video content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the channel's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
• Engage with viewers and respond to their comments and feedback.
• Utilize knowledge of YouTube to optimize video content for better reach and engagement.
• Conduct interviews with key figures, industry experts, and public personalities in the finance sector.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in journalism, anchoring, or a related field, with a focus on finance or business.
• Strong understanding of finance, business news, and economic trends.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Great camera presence and on-screen charisma.
• Knowledge of YouTube platform operations, including SEO and analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A person who is very enthusiastic about finance and general trends, lives and breathes markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with digital media platforms focusing on finance or business content.
