Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide reliable and timely inspection of financial results, budget, and forecasts. As part of the ABB way Finance transformation journey, ABB will be moving to adopt and use Anaplan for driving the planning processes. Accordingly, we are looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder & data integrator to join our FP&A team. This is a global role reporting directly into the FTP program Plan to deliver process lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling and business analysis, coupled with a deep knowledge of Anaplan's modeling capabilities. This role requires translating business requirements into scalable, robust Anaplan models that drive our financial planning and decision-making processes.

This role is contributing to the ABB Services in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist in the collection of business requirement and current-state process mapping exercises required to build a user story associated with a new or enhanced capability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective and scalable Anaplan models and solutions.
- Articulate design and documentation for Anaplan models (process map, user guide, solution design document)
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to stay current with business design and helping solutions and associated stakeholders
- Develop test cases and assist in SIT & UAT on the technical and functional acceptance
- Assisting with data integration specialists to manage data flows between Anaplan and other systems.
- Manage & maintain designed Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, and reports and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and scalability
- Provide ongoing support and training to Anaplan end-users to enhance their knowledge and usage of the platform.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with good knowledge of financial planning processes
- 3+ years of working with data, databases and driving integration capabilities (for e.g. using Informatica or other integration tools)
- 1-2+ years of modeling with Anaplan or experience with atleast 2 end-to-end Anaplan implementations
- Certified Anaplan Level 2 model builder or above
- Experience with SAP Central Finance, BW4 HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud is an additional plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.
