We at Coforge are hiring Anaplan Architect with the following:
- Strong expertise in designing, optimizing, and implementing Anaplan models, including experience in areas such as statistical forecasting, workforce planning, and operational dashboards.
- Responsible for driving the end-to-end Anaplan implementation process, from gathering requirements to model design, build, testing, and training, while working with cross-functional teams to create business-critical solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize Anaplan models for various business planning and operational functions, including areas like workforce planning, cost to acquire, and operational dashboards.
- Lead the development and optimization of complex Anaplan models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
- Strong experience with allocations, statistical forecasting, and operational dashboards; familiar with how these processes tie into broader business operations such as Cost to Acquire and Cost to Serve.
- Translate business requirements from Excel-based models into Anaplan's multi-dimensional technology, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-performance models.
- Lead and mentor a team of Anaplan developers to ensure adherence to best practices, timely delivery, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and other departments, to gather requirements and deliver Anaplan solutions that meet business needs.
- Work on data integration projects, managing both inbound and outbound data flows to ensure accurate, timely information is available for model calculations.
- Full end-to-end involvement in the Anaplan implementation process, from scoping and gathering requirements to design, build, testing, and training.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 8-10 years of business consulting/implementation experience, with a strong background in Anaplan Architecture and Model Building.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Anaplan modeling techniques, optimizations, and system integration. Proficiency in managing complex allocations, statistical forecasting, and operational planning models.
- Business Acumen: Experience with financial planning, workforce planning, and other operational use cases, especially in HR, payroll, and financial planning.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Anaplan developers, ensuring successful project delivery and mentoring junior team members.
- Data Integration: Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound) and its role in model performance.
- Excel to Anaplan Transition: Ability to effectively transition model-building from Excel-based solutions to multi-dimensional, cloud-based technologies like Anaplan.
- Full Implementation Experience: End-to-end experience with Anaplan Planning implementations, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to design, build, testing, and user training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, payroll, and financial planning use cases within Anaplan is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable Anaplan models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
