Analytics Manager

We have the roles open for two domain, Customer Analytics & Media Effectiveness (Performance Media Analytics)

Customer Analytics:

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Key skills: SQL, Python, Tableau/PowerBI, descriptive analytics, Machine learning (supervised OR unsupervised), Statistical techniques (Predictive, regression, clustering, gradient boosting etc.) LLMs, Gen AI, advance analytics

• Experience: 3.5-9 years

• Shifts: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM / 6:30pm-3:30am (All times are in IST)
• Work mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

• Interview process: SQL coding assessment via Talview platform, 1st round tech round, 2nd tech-manager round, HR discussion (MANDATORY: candidate has to come for an in-person discussion either for final round OR before offer)

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days max.

Media Effectiveness (Performance Media Analytics):

• Keyskills: SQL, Python, Paid Social, Display, Social Email, Campaign, DV 360, Marketing performance evaluation, Organic search, basic statistical techniques/modelling techniques

• Experience: 3.5 years -9 years

• Shifts: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM(All times are in IST)
• Work mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

• Interview process: SQL coding assessment via Talview platform, 1st round tech round, 2nd tech-manager round, HR discussion (MANDATORY: candidate has to come for an in-person discussion either for final round OR after before offer)

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days max.
