The opportunity:
Overview: As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Analyst and driving data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. This role requires a strong background in solving open-ended problem statements, data analytics, and excellent managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts & provide exceptional client/customer experience
- Develop and implement solutions around open-ended problem statements around data sets and measure and improve the effectiveness of such solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop frameworks and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability in accounts
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance team capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in people management, preferably managing a team of Business Analysts and client-facing/internal stakeholder-facing roles.
- Strong background in problem-solving and data analytics, including proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working client-facing roles (preferred, not mandatory) or internal stakeholder management
