We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Consultant with a technical implementation background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, server-side implementation, and marketing pixels management. As an Analytics Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing analytics solutions tailored to meet our clients unique needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights, optimize marketing efforts, and maximize ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytics requirements.

Requirement gathering by asking questions to the clients and getting to the business objective behind their needs.

Design and implement robust analytics solutions utilizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.

Perform server-side implementation to capture comprehensive data and ensure accurate tracking of user interactions across digital platforms.

Configure and manage marketing pixels for tracking advertising campaigns, website conversions, and other key metrics.

Development within any frameworks/platforms as used by the customers website and mobile app platforms for implementing tracking components.

Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Work with the client technical team to recommend changes and fix the tracking implementation issues.

Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, improve website performance, and enhance user experience.

To keep exploring the needs of the customer to provide value-added solutions to the customer.

Integrate existing software products and get various platforms to work together.

Configure alerts on top of tracking to monitor & correct the same.

Building reusable, optimized, scalable, secure code and libraries for future use.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics, MarTech, and digital marketing.

Complete required training and certifications to achieve partnerships and gain knowledge of new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 4years of experience in analytics consulting, digital marketing, or related roles.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms/tools.

Strong understanding of server-side implementation techniques and best practices.

Experience managing marketing pixels for tracking and attribution purposes.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.

Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of delivering successful analytics solutions and driving measurable business results.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification) are preferred
