Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Manage data management initiatives, oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of organizational data, ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Expand advanced tools to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes
- Supervise data governance policies and procedures, to ensure data quality, privacy, and security standards are maintained across the organization
- Supervise the integration of data systems, to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between different platforms to support business operations
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implement best practices, and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data management and process optimization
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand data and process requirements and implement effective solutions
- Ensure training and support to team members and relevant stakeholders on data management best practices, tools, and processes
- Manage data and process improvement projects, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and system configurations to support transparency and knowledge transfer
Qualification & Skills
- Academic degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- Significant experience in data management, process optimization, and project management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful initiatives
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and experience applying them to enhance operational efficiency
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Fluent in English
