Analyst to Senior Associate - Venture deals

About the Company:

We are a wealth tech platform with startup equity investments as one of our core asset classes. Our mission is to help startup operators find liquidity for their hard-earned ESOPs. As we build the secondary market in India, we are bringing to life some of the most exciting private equity assets and financial tools to help startup founders, Solo GPs, and operators reimagine wealth creation.

About the Role:

We are looking for go-getters who wish to get into the thick of things at an early-stage fintech and learn the ropes while setting the bar higher for things to come.

Roles are open across business, investments, venture ops, legal, fund controller and growth.

The role is ideally tailored for ambitious individuals eager to dive into the world of startups or the PE/VC space.

Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of startup investments and transaction processes and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Prior experience in Financial Services, investment technology platforms, or PE/VC is highly preferred, as you will be working closely with a founding team focused on building solutions for the next generation of wealth.

Responsibilities:

You will be expected to work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and create value. As part of the core business team, you will be responsible for identifying and structuring deals/investment opportunities, running operations, managing investor relations, getting your hands dirty with strategic & GTM initiatives, and project management.

Qualification :

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in the respective domain.
• You can be a graduate from Christ College or an MBA from a prestigious college, CA, CS, Lawyer, or aspirant from Big 4s or top legal firms, CFAs from investment firms or generalist from funded start-up
