Job Description

  • Order creation in oracle order management platform.
  • Coordinate with the inventory management team on the inventory levels and update the same on store platforms.
  • Responsible for maintaining order fulfilment TAT of 24 to 72 hrs for Store.
  • Coordinating with the DCs for the order fulfilment.
  • Monitor customer queries related to order management and respond within 24 hours TAT.
  • Analysis of SKU level data shipped from store to provide insights on R6Q
  • Comfortable in coordinating with different stake holders across the globe and time zones.
  • Should be revenue driven to achieve overall store numbers.
  • Should be responsible for 3 rd party order management by coordinating with the vendors.
Who you are and what you bring
  • Qualification - bachelor s degree from top 100 universities and overall, 70% aggregate (As per company norms).
  • Experience - 1+ years of work experience in Ecommerce operations/SCM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize customer queries and respond with quick resolution.
  • Knowledge of Order management platforms (Oracle fusion/Magento is preferred)
