Job Purpose
- To manage ATM & Debit Card BAU & projects
- Handling L1 escalations. Give techno-functional inputs wherever required
- Perform the role of Junior PM
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring high availability of ATM Switch system by regularly co-ordinating with ATM vendor
- Handling ATM/DC related projects and BAU and tracking to completion/closure
- Maintaining production access and coordinating for change management process steps. BCP, DR activities
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage ATM & Debit Card BAU & projects
- Handling L1 escalations. Give techno-functional inputs wherever required
- Managing & Tracking ATM/DC projects and issues
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Banking Domain, especially ATM & Debit Card services
- Expertise in writing complex queries in SQL / PLQL, Oracle, Maria DB
- Experience in JIRA & PM tracking related activities
- Good communication skills to interact with different business units as well as internal technology team
- Individual contributor as well as experience in managing team
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification- Graduate in Enginneering/Scienc
Core Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of ATM & Debit Card domain of payments
- Possess Strong problem solving, analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize accordingly
- Knowledge of any other payments system is advisable
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, trouble shoot, and problem solve with clients throughout the implementation process

- Proactive follow-ups till completion with quality within timeframes
Technical Competencies
- Complex Query Writing skill in SQL / PLSQL (Oracle )
- Experience in Unix environment
