- This role will support the fast-accelerating GCS business.
- The role will require to establish governance and controls for sales practices in collaboration with operation excellence and compliance teams.
- Effectively engage with stakeholders to understand the business requirements.
- Partnership with Stakeholders and Business Partners to provide valuable insights to support leadership.
- Support sales organization growth by effectively managing sales portfolio.
- Drive Analytics and Insights through various data tools.
- Identify & implement various automation techniques to improve efficiency.
- Drive initiatives through project management.
- Driving resolution for escalations (if any).
- Stay focused on relationships, understanding business strategy and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate/Engineering/Masters from a reputed university.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge of big data
- Salesforce
- Looking for statistical and operational experience.
