The Project Success Analyst will be working with a technology leader in the market research industry specializing in online and digital methodologies. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing online research projects while developing and growing relationships with customers. The position plays a critical role for the organization as the primary client contact. As part of a global team, the Project Success Analyst is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through enabling project delivery for clients, supporting client growth strategies, troubleshooting client concerns, communicating effectively and often with clients, and assisting in upsell opportunities.
