- Total of 2 to 4 years of experience in Linux with Web application server (Apache, Tomcat) (Level 2 and above) or Citrix virtual client/ Citrix Administration.
- Experience in handling ticketing systems like ServiceNow can be considered as an added advantage.
- Experience implementing/administration of MFA solution is advantage.
- Support and Administer Apache Web layer instances effectively, efficiently and independently.
- Hands-on knowledge on user administration (Citrix related issues) along with Infrastructure team to coordinate updates and patches.
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Citrix NetScaler (Access Gateway, Load Balancing) is advantage
- Hands on experience on Linux flavors like redhat/Centos/Rocky Linux
- Proficient in granular level of monitoring and management skills in identifying potential issues proactively and take actions accordingly.
- Experience in Support activities related to maintaining MFA On-Premise Server, Components, issues related Application MFA, troubleshooting, break-fix etc.
- Overall understanding on Active Directory Federation Services and Active Directory infrastructure is advantage
- Primary MFA Public Key Cryptography Secondary Digital Certificates cryptographic concepts is additional advantage
- Understanding of Web Single Sign On technologies such as SAML and OAUTH also advantage
- Basic concepts of cryptographic concepts Eg. symmetric and asymmetric cryptography block stream ciphers secure hash digital signatures Practical experience with data security and information security including certificate enabled mitigations and applications such encryption at rest and in transit identity and access management code signing integrity and signing Operational and software security knowledge with hands on cloud security experience quote also advantage.
