SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The key responsibilities would be,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & Scientist at Lab to gather requirements.
Monitor and validate data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Data Validation:
Perform data validation and verification to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and implement validation procedures and automated checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Review and analyze data to detect and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Data Management:
Collaborate with data entry teams to review and correct data entry errors.
Maintain and update data validation rules and procedures as needed.
Monitor data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with data quality standards.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate and analyze reports on data quality issues and validation results.
Document data validation processes, issues identified, and resolutions.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on data quality metrics and improvements.
Automation Anywhere & Ui Path:
Experience in developing complex RPA workflows that involve multiple systems and data sources.
In-depth understanding of RPA frameworks, architecture, and best practices
Execute and understand basic SQL & VB Queries.
Aware of the Formatting, Document creation, Import and export of all the MS basic packages like MS word, Excel,
Identify and read the relevant MANGO document for the corresponding process should be able navigate the tool and find the corresponding change or audit record Should create Validation documentation.
Basic user Knowledge- Application s of the Process that are in scope of specific Project, Remote Desktop (RDP), Server Management.
Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Previous experience or coursework related to RPA or process automation.
Knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization techniques.
Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., A360, Power Tools Certified RPA Associate).
Project management skills.
Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's or master's degree in [Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering].
2-5 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
Basic understanding of business processes and process automation concepts.
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Tools).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java & .NET.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
