Qualification: MBA, preferred from Tire-1 or a premier institute
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support investment decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare investment proposals and presentations.
2 5 years of professional experience in financial modeling, investment advisory, or strategy role in consulting, advising, or equity with firms (KPMG, PWC, McKinsey, Deloitte, or EY) with exposure to real estate (commercial).
