Are you ready to make an impact We are looking for an experienced LMS Administrator LxP to join our Global Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will manage the LMS and LCMS, support end users, and work with various levels of operations to provide training and compliance reports. This is a unique opportunity to apply your communication and writing skills, along with your operations knowledge and expertise, to manage online training.
Accountabilities:
As a Junior Associate - LSS Administrator LxP, you will be responsible for system maintenance and operations support, learning administration support, documentation support, and quality assurance. You will work closely with the LMS provider, communicate updates and changes to the field, provide end-user support, manage courses, create roles and assign them to end users based on business requirements, and develop and maintain training and job aids for users of the system. You will also adhere to quality processes such as peer audit and manual testing the assets pre and post go live.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of related experience working within an LMS environment (Preferred: Cornerstone SBX or Degreed or Xyleme).
- Experience in Content curation and troubleshoot on eLearning contents issues.
- Experience with all aspects of learning solution development preferred.
- Experience in communicating with a variety of groups of customers at different levels.
- The ability to communicate how the training program and reporting works to support the business needs.
- Proficiency or ability to gain proficiency in eLearning software.
- Proficiency in training curriculum development preferred.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Possess outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, market dynamics and major AZ business drivers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
- Working knowledge of Articulate and captivate authoring tools.
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design process.
