About the Role
The Associate Investments and Corp Dev, CEO Office will support strategic initiatives, focusing on market research, financial modelling, and corporate development for Bhavin's Office across all of his companies and portfolios, and multiple geographies globally (US, EU, India, Middle East and more). The role involves conducting in-depth market analysis, competitive landscaping, and market sizing to inform investment decisions across the portfolio, with a particular emphasis on fintech. You will also assist with financial due diligence, portfolio tracking, and capital market activities.

Conduct comprehensive market research, deep dives, and competitive analysis in targeted sectorsPrepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and data books to support investment decisionsAssist in financial due diligence processes for M&A transactionsEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsSupport the preparation and presentation of market research findings and investment materialsPerform market sizing and develop insights into emerging trends and opportunities.Collaborate in the development of term sheets and other transaction documents.Skills
