Job Purpose
The Reconciliation executive is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in Bank records. The job requires co-ordination with Internal Stakeholders and strong analytical, communication skills, attention to detail and a detailed understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Roles Responsibilities
- Daily Reconciliation of all products of CMS and ETOLL Operations.
- Candidate should have detailed knowledge of Electronic Toll Collection (ETOLL Products) and RTGS, NEFT, CMS Collections, Demand Draft (CMS Products)
- Managing daily reconciliation of ETOLL Total Balance Reconciliation.
- Managing Daily activities in line with laid down process to avoid any audit observation and regulator query and notice.
- Understanding the process and come back with solutions for reducing the manual efforts.
- Maintaining/reporting of Daily, weekly, fortnightly, Monthly Quarterly MIS to Senior Management teams.
- End to end handling of Process related automations projects (requirement gathering, UAT Testing, implementing requirement, automation etc.)
- Working with Senior Management/other departments as required on projects requiring coordination across departments.
- Person will have to demonstrate a capability to successfully implement projects in challenging timeline.
- Person Should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint.
Education Qualification
Graduation BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) / BCom (Bachelor in Commerce) / BTech (Bachelor in Technology) / BA (Bachelor of Arts)
Post Graduation MBA (Master of Business Administration) / M Com (Master of Commerce) / MA (Master of Arts) / ME (Master in Engineering) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)
Experience 2- 5 years of relevant experience.
